This is a great program guide to help increase retention of Webelos Scouts into Boy Scouts. Presented by John Shockney at the May District Roundtable. These ideas are used in the Crossroads of America Council and they see between 80% and 100% retention at crossover. Check it out and see what you can do to keep boys interested in the greatest youth organization in the world.
